Personal Mortgage Adviser



Due to significant expansion, throughout the UK, my client, a National High Street Bank is looking to hire a qualified Mortgage Adviser.



My client has Four Mortgage divisions, a HNW proposition, their Retail branch proposition an Equity Release proposition and a Commercial mortgage sector. Naturally, to succeed within this organisation, you will need to possess at least 1 years mortgage sales experience and be part or preferably full CeMAP qualified.



The rewards are superb and industry comparable with Salaries from £23,500 to £27,600 basic with OTE’s upward of £35,000. Salaries for Equity Release are much higher, from £35,000. All roles have an extensive benefits package and uncapped commission, together with a full career development programme, leading to Management or other specialist areas; such as Financial Planning or Business Development.
